Top customer service team
Xero has been a great way to manage my accounts. I’m a pretty low tech person, but their help pages and customer service team are top. Today I was helped by a person called Tom, who took time to help me step by step over the phone and was extremely helpful and even called me back to check that I had completed my requested help task. 10/10 would recommend their accountancy software.

Got called at the agreed time by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable person who not only solved my initial query but also asked if there was anything else and went on to solve other niggles that I had - very good experience.
