I was contacted very quickly and didnt realise that Xero offered telephone support. A really helpful, patient person guided me to a resolution with my problem.

Fantastic knowledge and support
Was slightly at cross-wires to begin with but then I was contacted by phone and we were able to get to the bottom of the issue. The support was fantastic, the consultant was very educated and knowledgeable. There wasn't an obvious solution but the consultant kept looking and found the solution for me - really good support.

The Xero help desk people are second to…
The Xero help desk people are second to none. They pulled me out of a pit of despair when I migrated from one system to theirs years ago and then followed up by phone to make sure I was ok (and yes I had been crying, because their system was way more intuitive and the system I was on wasn't and I didn't trust I could move forward but I could. ) You cannot go wrong with Xero. They stick with you until you are sorted. They speak in a language a non accountant but a business owner can understand.
