Quick response and great outcome
Quick response and great outcome. We run a non-profit organisation and Xero provided us a preferential subscription price which was very helpful indeed.

Xero support
I had some issues with secondary emails on our Xero accounts system. I raised a ticket with Xero support and was kept updated all through the process. They emailed me links with updates and clear and concise instructions. I then booked a phone call which came within the timescale booked. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
I would like to say how helpful, knowledgeable and professional Laurence was. He actively and patiently guided me every step of the way until my issue with Xero was fully resolved.
