I contacted Xero with a PAYE issue…

I contacted Xero with a PAYE issue which I needed to sort out ASAP as an employee's wages had been effected. She was able to point out the error enabling me to rectify immediately.

It was fantastic to speak to a human being. The lady who helped me was very polite, pleasant, patient and explained everything very clearly. It took a few minutes for her to sort out something I had taken ages trying to do online.
