One off MTD filing issue resolved by Rohan
Rohan in tech support helped me with a very difficult MTD filing issue where HMRC had completely messed up. His response time was very quick, he grasped the issue quickly and was extremely helpful in finding a solution, speaking to the tech team to make it happen, phoning me and guiding me through the best approach to resolve the issue.
