Just had to make use of Xero support…
Just had to make use of Xero support for the first time in many years of using the software. I have been really impressed with the speed and quality of the support service throughout. The first response was within an hour and over a 24 hour period I received guidance, culminating with a telephone call to finally conclude the problem. Both Nicole & Chelsea were superb! Thank you.

The best accounting package for businesses, less fiddly faff like some of them
As an accounts package I really love Xero, it has the best UX and although there are a couple of tweaks which would be helpful, they seek to constantly improve the software and they are always on hand to help with queries. As a bookkeeper, I can definitely see the value of using Xero over other forms of accounting software, it makes business accounts easier to work with than any of the others.
