Support Request
I had a problem with a submission to HMRC and required what I thought was going to be quite detailed help. I sent in a support request and within 10 minutes I got a detailed answer and most importantly, a solution. I should also point out it was my error and not the fault of Xero. Really impressed with this company

Excellent Customer Service
Had a query about a transaction on Xero and got in touch with their contact centre. Received a very quick email response from Shahir who was extremely helpful and also phoned me twice to discuss the problem to make sure it was resolved. I was impressed that I retained the same contact throughout, with other helplines you end up with a different person replying each time you send a message. Thank you Shahir.
