Prompt attention from the Xero Support…
Prompt attention from the Xero Support Team today and they seserve to be priased. I had several issues with Xero Tax, the support adviser Victoria did not hesitate and resolved my issue over the phone while we shared screen instead of exchanging online messages.

Support Request
I had a problem with a submission to HMRC and required what I thought was going to be quite detailed help. I sent in a support request and within 10 minutes I got a detailed answer and most importantly, a solution. I should also point out it was my error and not the fault of Xero. Really impressed with this company
