The Xero experience at set up stage has been exemplary.

The Xero experience at set up stage has been exemplary - from initial emails and quick resolution to move the account forward. Today the telephone conversation with Liv provided excellent customer service. Empathy, knowledge and communication was impressive. The whole experience has proved what can done - first rate and a high bar has been set.

"Fast, Effective Comms, Great Experience"

What do you like best about Xero? Fast contact, clear concise instructions enabling the customer to arrive at a solution themselves which in its self is alot more beneficial than having someone fully babysit you and not knowing yourself what to do with future occurances.

unlimited help from Xero

Your support operative Habib, was extremely helpful, and using remote access to my computer screen, was able to demonstrate how to access and use your accounting system. Unfortunately, as I am almost 80 years old, I am a bit of a slow learner, but he quickly realised that I need more help than most, and spent over an hour going through everything, twice over.
