I needed help reconciling a transaction with multiple statement lines, Xero support came back to me within a hour with a step by step guide as to how to do this. Very helpful, and pleased I could finish the task the same day.

Very helpful & understanding

Great customer support
I just had great customer support from Xero. I didn't know how to operate a particular function and the support team phoned me, arranged a Zoom and showed me on the screen what to do. I was not expecting that and it saved me loads of time.
