What do you like best about Xactly Incent? It automates the calculations that I normally would have to do within excel. Powerful tool! What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Proper calculation of compensation, especially involving intricate plans. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Interface is not as intuitive for beginners. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Proper calculations of sales compensation spanning numerous plans.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Fairly easy to access/get around but requires training. Seems to handle the calculations well once configured correctly. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The incentive statement - very limited customization which presents a confusing statement for our reps. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? To systematically do all the commission calcs for all our reps.

One thing that Xactly could use some improvement is tracking for things that have more criteria. It can be hard to create complicated rules on someone's plan.
