What do you like best about Xactly Incent? It's easy to use and allows you to cater to your business needs. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? You need to be a little bit techy to take full advantage of all the capabilities What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issue of having multiple compensation plans and it makes it so much easier to actually complete it successfully and in little time.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Proper calculation of compensation, especially involving intricate plans. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Interface is not as intuitive for beginners. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Proper calculations of sales compensation spanning numerous plans.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Makes it easy to manage sales comp with hundreds of employees on sales plans. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The UI for end users needs to be updated and the reporting is terrible... updating reports to be as easy as SFDC reports would be a huge improvements What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and calculating sales attainment and commissions earned.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? The comp plan design, the objects design in Incent What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The workflow module. The payment approval is still using the old way of approval. The current OSM needs lot of customzition and coding to get that implemented. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping to create incentives for 600 plus sales rep in our organization.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Xactly provides timely visibily to our sales organization on their targets and performance.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly Connect enables our IT department to create and update our ETL into Xactly and is extremely flexible, best in class. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The documentation on technical details is lacking. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Uses technology to calculate our commissions.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Fairly easy to access/get around but requires training. Seems to handle the calculations well once configured correctly. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The incentive statement - very limited customization which presents a confusing statement for our reps. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? To systematically do all the commission calcs for all our reps.

For my specific needs for our company, there isn't a way to remove certain quota amounts for an individual without having it go up the chain even with manual manipulation. At least not to my or our dev personell's knowledge. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? It calculates ...

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Single platform that has the ability to issues comp plans, calculate commissions and do reporting. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Some system limitations that I have come across over the years. Limits on configuration options, plan document creation etc. I also find analytics to be not very user friendly. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation and transparency of incentive comp.

Have to be very specific about how you input any data otherwise it doesn't work What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to use most of the time, and helpful in managing many different users levels and access.
