What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Easily create plans for commissions calculations and provide sales visibililty into their commissions and the associate calcualtions. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Analytics feature UI is outdated and not most intutitive to use. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing sales visibility into their compensation and doing calculations that were previously manual to improve close time and increae accuracy.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I have been using Xactly for over 10 years and love that everything is housed in Xactly and that reps can easily identify their deals and commission. Prior to Xactly we were using excel and sending out commission statements out manually. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? You need to be a little bit techy to take full advantage of all the capabilities What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issue of having multiple compensation plans and it makes it so much easier to actually complete it successfully and in little time.

I love the fact that the whole calculations process has been automated to the point that we can calculate our commission accruals daily when the company used to handle this process more manually and only run calculations once a month.
