The issues that I have found is the appearance of quotas used for rates on the eDoc's. We use a percentage of quota to calculate the rates. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Dashboards - I like the fact that I can see exactly where I am with my quota attainment in real time. And if I wanted to I can drill down on those dashboards to get more detailed reports. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Too many clicks, I wish at times that the tool was more intuitive.
