It can be a little strict in its ability to allow different types of plans. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes the monthly process so much easier.

Sometimes took quite a bit of time to load. Recommendations to others considering Xactly Incent: Make sure you have a strong foundation before. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Manually handing out commissions, the time wasted by having to let individual salespeople see all the time.
