What do you like best? I like that I have the ability to impersonate my users. This has proved to be an invaluable tool in troubleshooting as well as training end-users in the system, with their data and reports. What do you like best? I have used Xactly Incent for 3yrs now, I have to say I am nothing but amazed! Wonderful intuitive software! Easy to use for someone like me who had never ever used it before, that shows how intuitive it would be to use for sales reps.
