What do you like best about Xactly Incent? The ability to not have to calculate commissions for 400 sales persons commissions manually on Excel Spreadsheets. Upload their bookings/goals and the calculation is done for you and the Sales reps can view in their own Incent. Reporting can be done within minutes instead of days. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? The UI is very friendly and it is very easy to navigate to find my Commission statements as well as my team overview for direct reports. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? It can be complicated to implement complex commission components. But this is only as complicated as our policy makes them. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Analytics needs a more comprehensive users guide, it takes awhile to get used to. Needs better capabilities for accruals. "Expense Reporting Made Easy"

What do you like best? Expense reporting is a necessary evil, but Xactly makes the process very streamlined to add receipts to recorded expenses and leave comments. What do you dislike? Some of the extra features that are built into Xactly are not explained very well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Company wide expense reporting. The most immediate benefit is that the time spent reporting expenses is minimized.
