"Quick Snapshot of Sales Performance"

What do you like best? Xactly calculates exactly what my commission is on a monthly basis. I keep a running excel doc and cross reference this with Xactly monthly. What do you dislike? It looks almost like an excel doc. The interface would look better with more charts & graphs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Shows sales people Xactly (pun intended) how their commission is calculated and what they're paid on a monthly basis

What do you like best? In Excel, It was very difficult for us to provide the backup to our reps due to the enormous size of the reports and having to tie all those lines back to the commission amount was a chore. Incent provides a very clean list that I can rely on. What do you dislike? I would like to see some built in error codes. If you forget a step when adding a new person or all the pieces of your formula are not laid out right I wish Incent would give a bit of a warning. That would ...

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? My favorite part of Xactly is that they truly care about you, the customer. They continuously release new product/features and most of them are without costs. There are some free options, but those normally come with an implementation cost. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? One of the things that attracted us to Xactly Incent was the flexibility and nimbleness of the platform. What do you like best? Ease of convenience and incentive dashboards. What do you dislike? Timing around incentive updates, sometimes the application takes a while to load as well.
