Very well thought through structuring of each piece of data able (users, people, position, hierarchy, versioning, etc). What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly can update daily and give our reps instant access to their updated sales and commissions every day. The user interface is clean and easy to use for both admins and representatives. The contast upgrades implemented through out the year keep Xactly on the top of the game and addressing additional needs and requirements. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? The simplicity of the product, it's very easy to use, and users enjoy the interface What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The time it takes to set up the product, if only it were plug and play. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the complexity of several commission plans, and this allows us to have one place to take care and keep track of them. The time we have been given back by using the tool.

What do you like best? It has a lot of functionality so any rules or complex plan designs that you have can be done in Incent. It also has a much better end user interface for looking at their payments and credits. What do you dislike? It isn't as easy to administer as Express is. "Great For Organization, Speed & Cost Effectiveness"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that all our sales comp data is organized in one place. We're not looking high and low for archived commission data, we're able to go in and pull out the information we need, and we're not sending around hundreds of Excel files with confidential data.
