What do you like best? I used Xactly to track commission statements and spiffs. It worked pretty well and integrated into our CRM. What do you dislike? Some reporting was confusing, but that more due to the way my company set it up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it easy to do commission reconciliation.
