It is tough to set up Xactly to give insights to AE's in real time. So in practice it only ends up getting updated once a month (less valuable) What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Make sure that I get paid the correct amount

It is easy to use the Xactly reports in Excel and have the headers available to use in a pivot table.
