What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that I am able to see my percentage to my meetings and opportunities quotas as well as when I go over my quota for the quarter. I can also view my compensation for each quarter on the dashboard. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? I don't like that the data does not come in real time. You have to wait to see all of the data from the past quarter until it is already over. I believe that my company is working on trying to make this data ...

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly Incent provided benefited our organization in many aspects. It provided sales with real-time visibility they needed in their performance as well as the impact to their bank account in addition, it reduced the manpower associated with administration of the compensation plan. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The only area I would have liked to see better functionality was in the Analytics function. Organizations will want to invest ...

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Easy to work with, very dependable and very accurate. We have changed plans every years and I have gone through 5 different plan years each different from the last. I have never run into any road blocks with Xactly. If you can do the math and get the data Xactly can handle it. We currently feed data into Xactly for two different sources and have about 10 different plans in a given year. What do you like best? I like that Xactly shows how much I make in commission for each month. What do you dislike? On the home page, I don't understand some of the vocabulary. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep track of out our commission compared to what we are paid.

What do you like best? Daily visibility into compensation numbers. What do you dislike? This is a problem on our side vs. Xactly but we use a static data file so in order to make changes it requires a full config/delta change. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our sales teams loves having constant access to see where they are tracking towards their payouts.
