What do you like best? Incent streamlines the monthly compensation process. It does the heavy lifting for you and all you need to do is verify it is calculating correctly. It allows you to create new plans and test them to pay your Sales department however you would like. It allows provides analytics so that you can evaluate your sales compensation metrics. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? To order to understand composition better, I like a flat Layout / UI and the ability to mouse over the maps. With the aid of the data aggregation, reporting is simplified. Dashboards are something that all our salespeople like to hear about the available openings and the offers that have been received. "Accurate & User Friendly"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that i can view my xactly statements and know "exactly" how much i'm going to be paid in commissions. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? UI is a bit clunky but you get used to using it. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me view my deals and know where I stand from a compensation standpoint. Good visibility.
