The Sales Team appreciates the transparency of the data and ability to drill into each transaction. The interface for our Admins works very well. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? That Xactly made the commission process easier to publish to the field instead of sending workbooks to each regional manager. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Some parts of the application are extremely slow and the only way to fix the problem is to close the tab and open it back up again. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? The calc runs quick so that you can see the results immediately. And it's user-friendly to create reports in Analytics. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? I wish the orders or any uploads were viewed as table or excel in Xactly. It would make it easier to filter and find a particular record, or export a group of records. It would be helpful if you need to edit or remove a record. It's difficult to navigate and essentially useless for our reps in the field. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I've only been using Xactly for a year but have found it very user-friendly for the most part. I'm able to view employees' commissions with relative ease. Additionally, seeing the breakdown of what the payment entails is pretty transparent. We also have a very good relationship with our Xactly Rep (Allie Libow).
