What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly provides great monthly statements for reps as well as a place to house historical payments. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? There are glitches that happen and if they happen during crunch time can be very limiting. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Xactly helps calculate complex commission calculations at a high volume as well as provide a statement to each rep which they can reference historically.

The tool has a lot of other add-on modules that can help with several areas, including reporting, analytics, commission amortization expense, forecasting and insights.
