"Easy to find your way around"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? It is easy to navigate around the system as an administrator, easy to amend your commission statements and process new starters and leavers. It's very logical. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? When we want to process manual payments, commission related but for those that do not hold a commission plan, we have to use up a license. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Ease of use as an administrator. Incent scales well, up to hundreds of sales reps. As the population grows, there are tools to allow for scalable extensions, including Connect and Framework. Incent offers a nice balance of scalability vs. simplification, allowing the customer to deploy automated solutions to complex comp design. "User Friendly"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? For being new to the Commission Analyst role, I do find the tool being user friendly. I do like how the reprocessing feature has decreased in time to calculate. I have not moved over to the new version and I am a bit nervous about that. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? "Xactly works well for our business needs. Some tools are not so user friendly."

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Template uploads/downloads. Real time viewing by the sales team of real time calculations. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Inconsistencies with use of functionality. Like dates, tags. Too many clicks to get where you need to be. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Distribution of comp plan and incentive statments electronically. Life saver.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Once you learn how everything works together, it is easy enough to change credit and commission calculations on your own. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly Incent is very user friendly for admins and users. It provides a secure environment for viewing detailed data and individual commission calculations. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? It calc'ing everything so I don't have to! What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? UI feels very old and outdated. Features not designed for the actual admin user. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Calculations across multiple plans with multiple currencies is saving loads of time.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I think Xactly Incent is a pretty intuitive software and easy to learn. I like that we can easily create plan templates, track plan docs, upload quotas, and view incentive statements. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?
