What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I have been using Xactly Incent for 11+ years. Xactly is easy to use for administrators and payees alike. Building rules, formulas and plans is a very intuitive process. Payees like that they have real-time visibility of their commissions and that the interface is easy to navigate. Very easy to understand the configuration and the customization is very robust and allows us to work on many complex plans. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly does a very good job of calculating incentives as expected. The payment and other measures are easily viewed by sales participants in the online statement tool. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The statement detail is a bit 'bulky' for the sales participants to sort through when diving into payment specifics.
