Has the ability to retain historical changes to plans, roles, quotas, etc. instead of having to worry about who has what information stored on what computer/shared site/etc... What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Once I understood the adjustment of the volume process, it was quick and easy to use What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? All the many reference tables to do one task. I use an excel spreadsheet to track what I need to set up within Xactly. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? It's still too early to know. I'm still learning the system as it was a custom build for our organization.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Easy to use and configure, Accuracy, managing active/term headcounts, Commission statements. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Admin Reports, as an example, we have to run the held Commission month by month and can't select several months at once to generate a template.
