What do you like best about Xactly Incent? By means of crediting rules, credits automatically fire commissions. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The data as old as 6 years cant be retrieved from xactly. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? With the help of xactly, we are unable to display the incentive statements to all the reps in our org.

It is not a live tool and the data reprocessing is taking a lot of time. It is not very intuitive for the sales reps when they want to view their statement in more detail. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? All data gathered in one place, can adapt many of the commission policies, user friendly What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Not very flexible for some rules, does not keep historical data What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Calculating sales commissions for over 1000 sales representatives and integrating our commission policies that are quite complex.

"Easy to navigate but would be useful to have the data in one sheet"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Easy to use, intuitive displays, the impersonate user feature is very useful. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? the data is spread in too many sheets but overall is ok. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? The commission would have been calculated by hand in excel. Thus data might have been lost.

Downside is how quickly I get timed out of Xactly What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Xactly Incent quickly calculates commissions for our sales teams and provides those teams with the visibility that they require.
