What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Versioning of people, position, quota etc is one of the most awesome feature that Xactly. I love this feature because I have not seen this in systems like Oracle incentive compensation. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? What do you like best about Xactly Incent? The tool can be configured a lot to make your desired result a success. You can make your conditions very complicated or very basic based on what your business needs are. Being able to clone rules and reapply them makes it very easy to rinse and repeat for other positions. They recently updated their UI and it's a much fresher look. They always are putting new releases out to enhance to tool further and you can add requests to improve the tool ...

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? It is TRULY flexible and robust. Reliability and accepting manual "workarounds" under tight deadlines are essential for a large, busy company. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The commission estimator takes a backseat, but it should be standard in the programming with tweaks (if needed). What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? They are solving issues with sales plans and their distributions to the sales teams.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that I can upload multiple data sources and Xactly does all of the processing. Accruals and actual calculations become quite easy. I especially like that it easily handles proration if there is an org change during the month. The ease frees up my time for analysis.
