The best team in your corner!
I need quite a bit of assistance as I'm not particularly tech savvy!! Via chat I was able to get ALL of my various issues resolved where I can now look forward to passing on user details to my website team and they can crack on. We've been using wpx since 2019, paid them well over $4k for their hosting services.Are they expensive? Yes they are, their pricing blows everyone else out the water.Are they worth it? Yes they are, their service blows everyone else out the water.WPX are a premium product. I worked with Massimo, and he did an amazing job in helping me. He went above and beyond, asking me questions that I did not know that I needed to be aware of or know the answers to. Fantastic service! The customer support here is second to none. They are not a bunch of 11th graders working part time. They are scholars in their field. I could not recommend them more highly.

Kind and quick support
Kind and quick support! Needed to setup a staging site, and with the quota for websites maxed out, they set it up for me anyway. If they had said no, it would have been more complicated for me to migrate the website off the server to a staging service. Appreciate it a lot!

Been with WPX fo 2 years now
Been with WPX fo 2 years now - and have to say Nikolay the CS rep has been fantastic - quick, helpful and also patient for a starter like myself. Tremendous asset to the team. Will stay wit hWPX due to the CS experience for sure.
