Above and Beyond Customer Support
I think it's about 4 or 5 years that I've been with WPX. It's great to have the peace of mind knowing that if you ever have a technical problem or need help setting things up, the customer support is 30 seconds away.Customer support folks at WPX are always knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful.

I went for speed and got outstanding world-class customer service.
I have been a client of WPX for about 18 months. I went to them specifically for speed for some of my websites. What I have found absolutely outstanding is how their chat service people bend over backwards to sort out issues- sometimes mine, sometimes things like Outlook being blacklisted and sometimes just because I can't figure out how to do something! Another 5-star review. I was having trouble with my WordPress site running with Elementor, and I couldn't figure out the problem. I went to the WPX chat and gave them my problem, the best I could, and they said, "Hold my beer." Five minutes later, they were back, and my problem was solved. The service you will receive here is unbelievable. Allso the hardware is pretty good and so is their pricing model. Its an enormous difference with our previous hosting companies.

WPX has the very best support out there, I recommend all my customers to move their sites here and I havent found any other hosting company that gets even close.
