Unvlievable Customer Service, Just OUTSTANDING!
Ivena, from WPX knows her stuff. Velina also is such a top-notch Customer Service representative. They both are quick to answer, and listened to the issue before responding with what they thought I might say. Their responses were not "pre-written". Fantastic job answering all of my questions thoroughly, and with patience. Moreover, Velina went way above and beyond in helping me migrate email over. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you!

Switch or Die!!!
I was hesitant to change my hosting provider even though it wasn't working well. However, WPX hosting made the transition easy, and their customer service was exceptional. Every time I log in, a representative is available to assist me, which gives me a great feeling of support. I'm glad I made the switch and I intend to remain a loyal customer for a long time.

They always solve my difficulties FAST
Whenever I run into an issue with one of my multiple sites, I can always get an answer or solution very quickly from WPX support. On this particular date I had Ivan G. and he solved what I thought was a tricky issue incredibly fast. Even if the issue is with another piece of software I am trying to get to work with my site, they offer to login to that software and work it out for me. Just consistently superb service.

WPX has the best customer support I’ve ever experienced on a hosting company (and I had dozens..)! Their response time is fast, and they always provide expert solutions. Special thanks to Luchezar Dimitrov, who was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the optimization process. The level of care and detail from their team is very great. Highly recommend .

THE BEST customer support ever. I just had the best customer support experience of my life Accidentally let my domain expire and i thought i lost a lot of CRITICAL info that was on it, because my registrar wouldn't help me retrieve the domain luckily, I am a WPX customer because they held backups of my site without me even knowing they did that, and worked with me for over an hour to setup a new domain and migrate the backup to the new one, without even having access to the site ...
