Customer service team is top notch
Customer service team is top notch and always happy to go above and beyond to help. We've been with WPX for several years now and any time I've ever had a problem I just go to the little chat window and I've gotten immediate support.

Best service — not even close
The WPX team is about as good as it gets. They go so far above and beyond with the level of service they provide, it's a real eye opener when compared with other vendors (in any industry). We've been customers for about a year so far and can't imagine making a change. It's like having an IT consultant on call at anytime. Why switch? If you're not using WPX, you should read this review again.

Support. Suppport. Support. What more can I say? WPX's support is insanely good. They WANT to help. I've been frustrated over the years with web hosts that started off good and then just fell apart because support was lacking. I hate asked for support and a) not getting much, b) being told it's not their problem, and/or c) being made to feel dumb.WPX goes WAY beyond and is literally happy to help.
