Brilliant support
Brilliant supportI have just moved to WPX and I am not an expert. After running into a few minor roadblocks, I reached out to support. Nikola guided me patiently through each step so that my problems were solved in one sitting.Having a real person to communicate with is a huge bonus.

Support from WPX is 'another level'
Support from WPX is 'another level'. Appart from their epic service, the support is a key differentiator for me. I have tried many hosts, and have not looked back since I switched to WPX about 5 years ago. They are still as great today as they were back then. Great technical products with great customer support. Really Fantastic. So happy to be a customer of WPX.

Georgi M., my rep was awesome, spent over 1/2 hour working on my very complicated issue and found the problem in Cloudflare, registrar, and no one else could find the problem, but he stuck with it until he got it solved. He was like a fierce pitbull genius. Got a hold of it and didn't let go until it was resolved. Thank you Sir, and WPX, you guys are awesome!

17yr agency owner, "THIS is my ONLY serious go-to host"
I've been a freelance/small agency service provider for years. This host is actually what I'd consider a trade secret. I don't reveal it. At least not without getting dragged down and beat. I keep it a secret because the support is absolutely incredible. Yes, other places have support that's knowledgable. But THESE GUYS? They are AVAILABLE! And I'm talking INSTANTLY! You'll be chatting with a brilliant support rep within seconds.
