I'll never get tired of singing their praises!
You might think I'd get tired of writing five-star reviews for WPX, but just when you think they can't get any better, customer support blows it out of the water. Thank you, Georgi, for your help and support and for looking after me so well. Never have I known a better company for support, let alone in this space. Unbelievably Good!

I always have such a great experience with the WPX team. Their support is super helpful for a non-tech person like myself. They are always friendly and quick to respond. I have multiple websites hosted with them and I would highly recommend them!

WPX has always provided the best support. They just migrated a site for me and did it flawlessly and quickly. I would never consider hosting a Wordpress site anywhere else.

WPX customer service is unparalleled
WPX customer service is unparalleled. I've been with them for years and consistently - in a way that hardly seems possible in this age of AI and bots - they show up personally, taking time, being patient, and working out a lot of very complex tech stuff. It's one of the main reasons why I stay with them (on top of the fact that their hosting service is outstanding).

Martin was really helpful and patient
Martin was really helpful and patient, he helped me identify a problem on my site that I would never have found. We moved to WPX 6 months ago, after we were not happy with our previous hosting service. The staff are always very helpful, we wouldn't look anywhere else.

I had a problem with one of my sites…
I had a problem with one of my sites that seemed like a total nightmare. I used WPX's live chat customer service and was connected with Ivena who solved my problem with no hassle at all from my end. Solved a total headache in minutes. I highly recommend them.
