Their support chat is next level
Their support chat is next level. Fastest I've ever experienced AND they are very competent (they never have to escalate cases). And that's compared to any live chat I've ever used, not just hosting companies. Georgi Jekov was my agent.

I knew absolutely nothing about site…
First day of using WPX and I knew absolutely nothing about site migration, or Wordpress hosting. Martin did offer to do it for me, he was also more than happy to assist me through the process of doing it myself. Thanks again Martin!

I needed help with my staging site
I needed help with my staging site. It was down and not available, and I couldn't access it due to WordPress issues with a plugin. The site was also not secure. Yoana was extremely helpful with this. They resolved the issue completely on the first interaction. Great customer support!
