Great Support!
I recently moved to WPX, and I have been with them for about one month. I had an issue with my site and filled out a ticket to get help. S Kalov helped me so quickly and thoroughly. He responded within 30 minutes of my request and the whole problem was solved in less than an hour! I was so impressed with the responsiveness and the care!

Patient with Non-techies and saved me HOURS of time
I am starting my first website and have had many challenges with technical details. Today I purchased a hosting package from WPX based on online reviews. I am honestly overwhelmed by the customer support. Georgi Jekov basically did all the work for me.. changed my DNS from GoDaddy to WPX (I'm new to this and had no idea how to do that), and then installed Wordpress to the site for me (also totally clueless about that.) He also sent links to helpful articles in case I need to do it again ...

Fastest Servers, Best Service. Can't really ask for more.
Since I've switched some of my websites to WPX, I never looked back. Super-fast servers, and when I need support, I'm connected to an agent within seconds. Seconds! And they always take care of helping with any problems I have. Nikolay helped me a lot just as of today.

I've been with WPX for over 3 years…
I've been with WPX for over 3 years now, and at this point it's pretty much my favorite IT company. That hosting is super fast and glitch-free goes without saying. What really makes me like the company is how, whenever I have an issue, I can just click on the chat icon, and a real person is immediately there, understands my problem and provides a solution, usually within a few minutes.
