I have just moved to WPX and am very pleased with the very fast live support they give and the free migration service. Excellent customer service. Also my website is running faster which is ultimately what it is all about :)

Excellent support
Excellent. I got an email telling me that i had exceeded my bandwidth. Instead of them just telling me to go to the higher cost plan Kristiyan S. the Support Agent walked me through how to change a bunch of settings on my registrar and wordpress plugin to fix the issue. He also offered to do it himself if I had given him my login

Disappointed
Disappointed. I went for the 30 day money back offer and i got my money back however it was a waste of time.... I was told my website would be faster on your platform, turns out it was faster on the old hosting site. just a waste of time to be honest.
