Support is a joke.... we can document we are sending email with their service but they don’t know it 😳

Support is a joke. Basically they get on the line quickly but are not trained to handle issues. I have documentation where THEIR servers are sending the emails (with today’s date on it) and they lie (see below) that the emails are sent via gsuites. Wow didn’t know they use gsuites and the emails say wpx. They are lost and have no idea what’s going on so they post nonsense like this and won’t talk to me directly even though I have continued to ask for help. Bad bad experience.

A+ from Digital Contractor

I am a Digital Contractor and have worked with lots of host; Bluehost, HostGator , WP Engine, Go Daddy, SiteGround, Ionos and probably 5 more I can't remember. These guys are good. No games, no crazy contracts, customer support is actually there to help and solve problems and they are offering a free migration service from the previous hosting company, which is one less thing for me to do. Awesome.

was having trouble sending email from website

was having trouble with an email service and the wpx support agent (Daniel R) found the issue right away, whitelisted the service, and provided a thorough explanation. 2 thumbs up.
