I’ve recently switched my hosting to WPX and they migrated my site super quickly. A slight issue with DNS was resolved quickly by Dilyan. As a non-techy website owner, I was was really glad that any questions I have are answered quickly. Dilyan helped me with all my queries, and was happy to dive further into issues that no one else could resolve. My site speed had improved considerably, and I’m really happy with the service. WPX is simply outstanding - their service is world-class
WPX is outstanding - and I rarely offer such high praise about any business. I know their servers enable the fastest website loading times around, and that matters. But what I love most about them is their unbeatable service technicians: they are unfailingly knowledgeable, very fast at finding solutions (and for non-tech people like me, implement them). Plus they're always super professional yet impeccably polite and friendly. I would give them six stars if I could.

amazing experiences every time I contact them
I've been hosting websites now for 10 years, and have used all of the big 5 companies. I've been using WPX for the last few years, and I have never experienced a service from a company like this. They provide unrivalled customer support and show that they genuinely care. I have just had a detailed walkthrough of my performance issues from Slavi, and was able to bring my site speed to under 1 second. This is my first time leaving a review for anything but I feel motivated to do so
