Superficially good hosting
Website hosted with them since March 2021. Extremely helpful. Almost instant technical support. But the facade started to show cracks on August 2nd when their whole infrastructure went down for 6+ hours and they tried to blame everyone else except themselves. Then the final straw was on the 24th September I tried to restore a backup which caused my site to go down for 2 hours and I was then told that they had 'lost' my backup.
