WPX is the best online chat support of any online service. There is no queue. They are always there right when you sign in and will help you do anything that you need done. That is super important for us non developer users like me.

Delay in answering tickets
I migrated my website to WPX in April 2021. So far everything was fine, as I've never had major problems, but from September onwards I'm going through a terrible problem and the service is terrible. On 11/11 my website went down and the company took more than 48 to put it up again. On the 20th, while working on my website, a message appeared from WPX saying that the website does not exist.
