Really happy with WPX support

I messed up big time this week by accidently deleting a clients database when deleting an old backup of their site. I understand the terms and conditions when you confirm the deletion of a site. It was my mistake and I know it's too bad if it can't be restored but even though WPX had every right to tell me there was nothing they could do they helped me restore the site. So far I've had this type of experience with WPX every time I've contacted support.

Fastest load speed and exceptional support

Over the years, I've used many managed wordpress hosting providers, A2, GoDaddy and about a dozen others. I started using WPX in the last few weeks and now in the process of moving all my sites to them. The page loading speed for my sites is now lightning fast compared to the others. Genuinely the best customer service i've ever received. Radoslav went above and beyond and helped me completely recover my website after totally ruining it myself. he was able to personally install a backup which i shared through google drive for him... he didnt have to but he saw i was in trouble and massively helped. I would have lost 7 hours of work on the website if Radoslav wasnt so helpful.

Customer for a couple of months already. Really happy with the service. Server speed is great, but I really would like to highlight customer support. It's outstanding. WPX is the best hosting provider I've ever used. I don't know anything about coding and they've been super helpful in assisting me with a lot of WordPress problems. Their customer service is superb!

Incredible speed, phenomenal support

I didn't know much about hosting, didn't do research on it, and just had my website on Bluehost because it was cheap and I thought that hosting didn't matter, so I focused on optimizing my site content. Images were optimized, HTML, CSS, and JS were all minified, cached, and proxied through Cloudflare. The site was still very slow - 6 seconds to load on a fast day, 10 seconds on a slow day.
