Efficient plugin with great support

The efficiency of the plugin is demonstrated by Google's Page Speed Insights, plus their support has been quick and helpful. So I'm renewing again.

Mixed feelings

The plugin overall is pretty good for speed optimisation. Be aware that they have a very rudimentary billing system so if you need to upgrade your plan to allow for more sites you will be charged the full amount of the upgrade for the year but the renewal date remains the same, meaning a user who purchases a higher plan up front will get the full twelve months of value, however if you purchase a lower level plan and upgrade 9 months into your first year like I did, they don't pro rata the ...

Support was swift and to the point

Support was swift and to the point, my problems were solved.

Recent Update and Cache Tab

Recent update has vanished cache tab which is totally unacceptable to ones like me who prefer to have customizations available rather one universal setting for all. It should be reversed.

Regression with the new version 3.16

With the new version 3.16, WP Rocket will no longer have a “Cache tab”, and the for each new installation i will have to deactivating the mobile-specific cache only and use this code to deactivate the mobile-specific cache, and serve the default (desktop) cache for mobile devices instead: add_filter( 'pre_get_rocket_option_do_caching_mobile_files', '__return_zero' ); For me it's a regression, not a evolution.

WP Rocket is far and away the best…

WP Rocket is far and away the best caching plugin I've come across and I have used a LOT. Can't recommend it highly enough. The support is first class also. Do yourself a favour and use WP Rocket.
