Price increases without prior warning

Even though the product is good, their price increase has impacted our business this year. Sure! They defend this price increase by adding features while maintaining quality. Isn't this the goal of any subscription model? The worst part is that this increase wasn't announced. We will only get a notification about the charge 15 days before we are actually charged. I am not a programmer and I am using WPRocket on my website for more than 2 years now and it is really amazing. When I had a problem of interference Jurica from the support team helped me in a very competent, kind and supportive way and the problem was solved withing 12 hours. What a relief!

The service is okay but it just gets more and more expensive every year. We used to be able to buy three year packages and no more. What's very annoying is that the EU VAT is not deducted automatically even though there is a field for VAT deduction. (20240226 - I had reached out to WP-Rocket.me about the VAT before writing this review but the answer required a refund and rebuying and is ultra-complicated.
