We had quite a complex issue with caching that required settings to be changed and updated on WP's backend. Our representative was both knowledgable and patient with us. They worked quickly, and resolved the issues within the hour. I am very satisfied with the experience overall, and I feel as though I am in good hands working with the team.

Support is actually really good

Support is actually really good, AND PROMPT. Being able to spin up new staging\dev instances is fantastic, and the speed and usability of the platform has been wonderful.

Switched from DigitalOcean, will never look back!

Everything about the team have been helpful start to finish. Very knowledgeful, and if they don't know the answer, they're very quick to find out. We migrated all of our WordPress clients away from DigitalOcean due to the poor support / partner programmes. We scouted a few places and decided WP Engine were the way to go. We're extremely pleased with the results and team so far.

After being with wpengine for 5 years.

After being with wpengine for 5 years.. I'm pulling my business.. had a salesperson lie and sold us a server so that we could combine three servers into one server for $100 more than we were spending, which was supposed to be faster. After moving, they decided they wouldn't be able to combine the servers after all so now we're paying $1,000 more than we agreed, and I can't get a sales manager to work with me to resolve the issue.. so, after several months, we're just going to move our $3500 ...
