Shady Terms of Service & Cancellation Process

Thought I canceled their service, but when it auto-renewed, I canceled immediately. I received an email that said the cancellation process takes 30 days and is part of their ToS. While this is probably buried in their ToS, it is poor business practice, especially since I have nothing hosted on their service now. I was told that my yearly contract amount would be prorated after the 30-day process. Terrible and shady business practice. Beware!

Great Support!

I heard good things about WP Engine and after switching our 4 websites, I got to experience it for myself! Support has always been swift, knowledgable and helpful! I never worry about response times or generic answers. Everyone I've chatted with has been incredibly kind and friendly.

In 30 years of building sites, platforms, and UX, I've dealt with hundreds of technologies. WPEngine is the best. Period. I run 5 websites on WPEngine and have had plenty of WPadmin issues. WPEngine support personnel go out of their way to help me get to the bottom of every issue and solve it, and its always a problem with some plug-in or other developers' tools. Keep it up WPEngine!

Not The Same Company I Use to Love and Recommend to My Clients

Have had nothing but issues for the last few months with WP Engine. They have a salesman sending emails saying our usage was almost at its limit and that we needed to contact them to upgrade our server. After reaching out to support i found out the salesman was lying and we were not even close to 1/4 of our storage limit. Their predatory sales tactics have made me switch from their service after years of being a loyal customer... CEO needs to re-evaluate their business before their sales ...

Support is actually really good

Support is actually really good, AND PROMPT. Being able to spin up new staging\dev instances is fantastic, and the speed and usability of the platform has been wonderful.
