The services are outstanding and the support also. I know when I have an issue I am totally supported and that gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend WP Engine's services.

Over the top support
I had two chat sessions with their tech support. BOTH calls were the best customer support calls I have ever had. Their agents were very knowledgeable and did things on my account to make it easier for me. e.g. the first agent created SFTP credentials for me and sent them to me securely; The second agent helped me transfer my web site from another provider. He gave me instructions, and then helped me identify what was not working and then fixed it for me! I am now up and running!

Support staff is AMAZING
Support staff is AMAZING. It's rare I have an issue that isn't solved within 5 minutes. They are very knowledgeable and can explain things well! I have used other managed Wordpress providers, and this is easily the best.

WP Engine is a great service - great support!!!
WP Engine is a great service. You do pay for it as its a little more expensive and is a self serve but heavily supported platform for hosting wordpress sites. Their tech support team is knowledgable and VERY helpful. Even if you are not technically inclined their support chat line is as far as I am concerned 2nd to none. Its worth it.

WP Engine has consistently delivered on everything that is promised in their marketing. We couldn't be happier, and when we need more capability, the upgrades are easy. We have also been very happy with their support.
