Mariyah, my support rep, was absolutely amazing! I've been dealing with a severe issue for a week now, initially working with GoDaddy before switching my hosting to WP Engine. The first representative I spoke with today was helpful, but Mariyah went above and beyond. Solid, stable service and outstanding customer support. We were experiencing page time out issues on our site, so we contacting WPEngine support. The support person was so helpful and was able to handle an unusual site issue very quickly. They very quickly assessed the issue, identified the source (likely an overactive bot) and then provide easy solutions to the problem.
