Amazing support!
Not only do WPEngine making hosting of Wordpress easy, they've been extremely quick, friendly and helpful when we've run into small technical problems - even though many of these problems are not caused by WPEngine but rather WP. This consistent and amazing support turns show-stoppers into quickly resolved annoyances, allowing business to continue.

WPE Support is the Best
We are an agency with many development web projects, and WPE Support is always superb. I've worked with Summer on chat a few times and she never falls short of being a rockstar for developer-specific questions/needs. Any interaction I've had with WPE thus far is outstanding.

Have been using WPengine for more than…
Have been using WPengine for more than a Year now. And I am wordpress user for more than a decade but It never felt this easy. WP Engine made things simple to manage multiple sites and the support is always there for me when I bump into an issue. So I never have to figure out everything all alone.

No phone number for erroneous billing issues.
Horrible customer service. There is no phone number for billing issues - you simply won't get a response on very large recurring bills WP engine made in error. and your credit card company may not allow you to dispute the charge. I ichatted/texted with Aaron and he did the best he could to hid his identity and not give me any phone number to anyone at WPengine. Subscribe at your own risk.

Amazing support for developers
We develop mobile games for iOS and Google store and sometimes our request are far from simple. Many times over the good people at WP Engine are there to assist with genuine skills. Our last time was with Byanca D and she was absolutely phenomenal (thx again you rock!) Absolutely recommend WPEngine for business users.
